Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, quantum) to forecast 2026+ societal and economic landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
