Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategy with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented at scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
