Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) with transformative potential
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive future business models
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term strategic objectives
- Establish and manage an innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their societal implications
- Proven track record of implementing successful transformational initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for trend analysis
