- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Author disruptive scenario plans for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and implement corporate innovation incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts impacting tech adoption and policy landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) adoption curves
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, Millennium Institute)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
