Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading innovation projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of trends shaping the future (e.g., AI, biotech, sustainability).
- Experience with scenario planning, forecasting, and strategic planning methodologies.
