Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps mapping emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) to market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using advanced simulation environments
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployments in regulated sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit showcasing industry-defining innovations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
