Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $500K+ annual R&D budget
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic foresight reports to board members and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ years in future planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent breakthrough portfolio
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with regulatory navigation for emerging technologies
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
