- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic labs and quantum research centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy/innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (IEEE/ACM)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi methods)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
