Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present visionary frameworks at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation forums
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor a 20-person innovation lab focused on human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record scaling tech from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for quantum/AI deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
- Portfolio of deployed solutions in climate or healthcare tech
