- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 2026 initiatives
- Manage innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year technology adoption curves
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or neuromorphic computing
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year industry impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
