Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate breakthrough concepts and validate market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets
- Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies with potential for commercial deployment by 2026
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives and external partners
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
