- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and experimental initiatives
- Champion a culture of radical innovation across global engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with 3+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business strategy
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $2M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or futurism (e.g., TED talks, industry journals)
