Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype testing and scaling
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and quantum computing pioneers
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG-scale organizations
- Published research in AI ethics, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management from lab to market
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
