Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist research or innovation patents
