- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in sustainable energy
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Mentor PhD researchers in translating theoretical models to commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 10 to 200+ members
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and quantum decoherence challenges
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder management
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with >$1B market impact
