Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and future workforce evolution
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in foresight methodologies and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech adoption
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
