- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Produce thought leadership reports on technological trends and ethical implications
- Advise executive team on R&D investments and innovation partnerships
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting future adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
