Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map 2026+ technological, economic, and social paradigm shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech experts
- Design sustainable business models for circular economies and climate resilience
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and industry boards
- Curate global networks of futurists, technologists, and policy architects
- Author whitepapers on disruptive trends (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Experience advising on quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-vision projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
