- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen AI/ML implementations and quantum computing pilots
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with tech pioneers at MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Oversee the integration of ESG principles into all technology development cycles
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level positions
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, and biotech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling global teams across 3+ continents
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or Technology Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
