Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, neurotech integration)
- Secure $15M+ annual innovation funding through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and NASA on open-source future tech frameworks
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Present findings at global forums like Web Summit and CES Future Tech Stage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven future-tech portfolio (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with peer-reviewed publications
- Successful track record scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and responsible AI governance
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
