Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and disruption vectors through 2026 horizon scanning
- Design and validate technology roadmaps for emerging domains (Web4, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional execution of innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring pre-market technology adoption readiness
- Represent company at global tech summits and innovation forums
- Develop investment thesis for frontier technology startups
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and disruption modeling
- Portfolio of patented innovations or academic research in frontier technologies
- Global network of connections in venture capital and research institutions
