- Innovation Prototyping: Build and test high-fidelity prototypes of next-generation software and hardware concepts.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership, clearly articulating the value and impact of 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Strong background in emerging technologies, specifically with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly for the 2026 timeframe.
