Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on Agentic AI and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI models integrated into our core spatial computing platform.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen, energy-efficient neuromorphic computing infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability between Web3 protocols and AI agents.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers in emerging tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on future tech trends.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading teams in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and advanced frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with spatial computing environments (e.g., Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest) and 3D engine integration.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of innovation in ambiguous environments.
