Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities and threats for 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, energy, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops using foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Translate complex data into actionable strategic narratives for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms and systemic risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, DelphiX, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ foresight projects with measurable outcomes
