Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research into market-ready features.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by conducting literature reviews and benchmarking against the latest global AI advancements.
- Evaluate and integrate novel algorithms to improve system performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep experience in deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source contributions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
