Qualifications
- 10+ years in high-performance computing infrastructure architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Braket)
- Deep knowledge of federated learning and differential privacy

- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
