Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups to identify ethical risks in AI development pipelines

- Produce executive briefings on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and regulatory bodies to shape industry standards

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias assessment
