Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+ autonomous environments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI decision-making algorithms for bias mitigation
- Develop predictive compliance protocols for emerging international AI regulations
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to establish ethical parameters for hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Represent company at global ethics summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor ethics task force comprising machine learning engineers and policy specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven track record in implementing EU AI Act or equivalent regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in explainable AI (XAI) and fairness-aware machine learning
- Published research on autonomous systems' societal impact (2020-2023)
- Certification in AI Risk Management from IEEE or similar institution
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures and hybrid human-AI workflows
- Fluency in at least two major regulatory languages (English, Mandarin, or EU)
